All the years we've been practicing yoga on the beach, why haven't we reminded everyone the water is right here, waiting to refresh you! So this week I invite you to put on your swimsuits, throw a pair of shorts on and continue Savansana in the calm water.
Anyone who has practiced yoga outside dreams of practicing on the beach. We forgot to take advantage of our own backyard because we are creatures of habit.
I just got back from a family vacation from Michigan and we did it all! We cherry picked, lavender picked, wild flower picked, ate cherries in dressings, cookies, and drinks, visited the pigs and vineyards on the same farm, toured an insane asylum converted into a market and restaurants, hiked trails, went into Lake Michigan, went to 7 different townships in 1 day.....all the things most locals probably haven't done in a long time because it's in their own backyard.
When is the last time YOU went to the beach and you live here in Naples, how about practice beach yoga! Come on it's the summertime, more time for the Naples people to get out and about without crowds. It's actually my favorite time in Naples, other than yoga business slowing WAY DOWN...lol
So support this local economy, we are loosing so many places that can't withstand the summertime out of season numbers. Go out to your favorite restaurants with no wait, get into a local strip plaza and walk into stores you haven't frequented in awhile, Mercato, Coastland, Zoo, Botanical Gardens, old 41 Bonita Springs in so artsy and fun, Shangrila, hire neighborhood kids for odd jobs and babysitting, Support Kelly at Naples Electric Bikes and cruise downtown, come out to Lo's Yoga, or Paddleboard Yoga with Jodi at Wiggins Pass, MOD design for a new website with Jessica, Explore Naples Nature Perserves, Farmers Markets, rent a boat, Swim and Snorkel at River Park Aquatic Center, Visit the Minibar, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Naples Pier, Clam Pass Park, Palm Cottage Museum, Edison Home.
For the months of August-October Lo's Yoga is going to Launch a Monthly Yoga Calendar offering new class styles from all of your favorites old and new yoga teachers: Any we have left out request it!

God Bless You Always and join us at the beach.

Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) is a sustainable and engineered wood product made by stacking layers of solid-sawn lumber perpendicular to one another and bonding them with structural adhesives. This crosswise layering enhances the strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability of the material, making it an ideal alternative to steel and concrete in many construction applications. CLT panels are prefabricated and can be used for walls, floors, roofs, and entire building systems, offering excellent load-bearing capabilities and seismic performance.
In addition to its structural advantages, CLT is gaining popularity due to its environmental benefits. It is made from renewable wood sources, stores carbon, and has a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to traditional building materials. CLT also contributes to faster construction timelines due…
