Showing up with resistance or with grace

We are receiving universal truth and guidance if we quiet our own minds. Try to listen with your heart not your ego. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to flow into your highest self. Make time to pray and heal, to align, embody your growth.... Pause now and take a few moments.

I'm experiencing the opportunity to share what I feel with many more people than before in unexpected corners of life. We all have avenues that we experience more growth, mine is in mindful movement, others through music and vibration, others with color and art. It doesn't matter the avenue, it matters that we do it consistently and with our fullest intention. Where to begin, other than where you are. Be clear about your desires and the source you would like guidance from. I only allow pure light, God, Divine, Love... no others are to enter my field of existence. I'm very clear with those words out loud and internally.

The last few weeks have been a whirlwind of the unexpected and opportunity for growth. I'm sure it has brought many of you to your knees, including myself many times. Many shocking tragedies and close calls that it seems surreal. People and animals suddenly falling ill, a friends brother and sister on a mission trip in Africa got caught in a rip current and the brother drowned while helping his sister, well-known people dyeing fairly young, another friends husband died in a freak car accident a couple days ago, my husbands close call... feel as if there was another massive shift in our world and the invisible world. We all must show up remarkable present to every sacred moment. Allow light to flow through you and use you to act like a reflection of like for others. Make time to pop in on loved ones and squeeze them tight. Find your conduit of transformation and get on board with the new timeline.

I know that I am more than my "titles", I know that I am more than my "paycheck", I know that I am more than I allow myself to believe at times, I know that I can be more than hard, grinding "work", I know because you know that about yourself too. So I ask you to remember with me to show up, to stay honest, to stop spinning, to listen, to believe, to choose to show up with grace and not resistance. I see you shining, I see you creating miracles and being one! See you on the mat for more reflections family.
