Heart to Throat

  • Housekeeping: Please set up as you arrive on the beach closer to the Turtle Club. We can't set up in front of the condominium directly and block their enterance path to the beach. We can only share this beach space for the morning as long as we stick to the rules. If you do set up to close to the entrance of the condo you will be asked to move more north on the beach. Kindly help us out! Thanks.

Continued from a couple of weeks ago. I wrote about how I was going to sprinkle rose petals around through my travels around town. Maybe offering a little magic, blessings, smiles,to soften the concrete ground, I just wanted to.

We ended up having a work get togather one night that week and I left some in the parking lot then threw them on some co-workers who laughed and actually caught them like grapes in their mouth...lol

The next day I went into work and a full rose was left behind in the yoga room in a zepherhills bottle. I just smiled and recieved a warm message that life is what you create it to be. No one admitted to putting the rose in there, and it didn't matter. The energy had returned in warmth, whole, back to me. I'm still gently smiling about that. I shared the story with a friend and she taought me something new.

She told me that St. Theresa was there. She teaches about doing "small things with great love". She is also called the little flower because the roses symbolize her little way of finding sanctity in ordinary moments, offering reassurance of God's love and care.

Roses in the yoga tradition represent divine love, compassion, the opening of the heart chakra and SELF-LOVE. Lakshai the hindu goddess of wealth, fortune, beauty, abundance is depicted seated or standing on a lotus flower with red roses decorated around her. She is one of the archtypes I've always been fasicnated wiht.

Balance and resillience has been a theme this New Year. The combonation of soft, delicate petals, the protective thorns sybmollze the need for balance to combine softness and vulnerability with strong and healthy boundaries. Much like mother earth, parents, friends, relationships, Dieties.

This year we shed the year of the snake and enter in Horse energy. It's a powerful shift from inner alchemy to outward motion. Where we grew last year, this year we have arrived and are ready to take action. We claim our courage, move from contraction to expanseion. Take a deep long breath in now. The energy of the universe is hear to support us, so tune in

We are heart led with momentum and connection. So be bold, take the leap off the cliff you have been afraid of flying from and make your life yours to be lived with purpose, with love and with inspiration. Let your inner horse run through life and be free. Leave little reminders of great purpose for yourself to stay on your path so you can reach your spiritual castle and be a part of the change you want to see in the world.

Don't abondon yourself to try and fit into a place that isn't made for you. Re-construct yourself, your world, your life to match your energy and esscence.

Where is your heart already running, and am I brave enough to follow it?

Move from the feeling heart to the expressive throat chakra. Will you give your truth a voice, will I let it be seen?

No more abondoning your truth, emobdy and express it.
