Florida season is in full swing and you all have been showing up for yoga. THANK YOU! We are practicing back in front of the Beachmoore Condo and under the shade. We appreciate your patience as we have been working hard to come to a mutual agreement with the county. I speak on behalf of Sheila and Alex when I say your support has been uplifing and not suprising. I'll keep you posted if we gain any more momentum for a positive outcome. I hand delivered all of your letters of support to the court house to our commissioner for district 2, Chris Hall who also happens to be up for re-election soon. I hand delivered a second stack to Growth Management on Friday and a third stack to the manager of Parks and Recreation. We have received a sponsorship from Buzz's Lighthouse but I'm still waiting to hear back from anyone if they will approve that. We have cotinued collected payment for classes on-line, venmo and zelle. We are not collecting anything on the beach to be in compliance. We did offer 3 full weeks of FREE Yoga for the community and we had a class with close to 55 people. Many of you contributed your love and generosity throughout the last 3 weeks graciously. We have the BEST community here in Naples.

March 15th at 8am we are hosting a Vanderbilt Beach Clean up and could use your help. At 9am Alex will be holding her Restorative and Reset Class immediatly after so what a feel good day. I'd love if anyone who can attend could wear their Lo's Yoga Shirts, I want to send a picture of it to the commissioner and Naples Daily News. All cleaning supplies will be provided at the beach.

Spring is in the air. Spring right now feels very fast and that we are moving at lightening speed. Spring Equinox is coming up on Friday March 20th. The time for all things new. Planting seeds, spring cleaning, creating altars flowers, feasting on seasonal foods like greens, and welcoming the returning light with sunrise ceremonies. Rituals. Any ritual that is in alignment with your spiritual journey, extend your hand and be guided by what calls you. I've been called to go even deeper into my personal growth and healing, I know this work will help all of us to grow faster as well. I'm going on a 3 day retreat this weekend and look forward to more uncovering and authentic growth. I'm leaning into all things that make me excited and open to recieving guidance. I know right now our worlds are more turbelent and uneasy but we all can make a difference by coming the turbulence within ourselves. Make peace with the past, forgive yourself again, welcome that sparkle back in your eye, step a little lighter, smile a little bigger, bow and recognize the beautiful gifts all around us. Tell them you love them. Take that trip and watch how it changes your life and encourages you to open up to more of whatever you desire. You are here now with me, with all of us to help strengthen your energy. We can do it together. Thank you for being a tree of life that keeps giving to me and all of our teachers. Let's continue to noursih our growth and spread our learnings to our communities. I beleive these qucik shifts are asking us to trust more, have more faith, have more hope. Right the bus name HOPE. My kids school bus route today said that. Normally it say's bus 953, today the route was called HOPE. Don't give up! I won't give up! See you on the beach, let's share space and stories.
