About The Event
Lo's Yoga will be offering this Yoga class in the Grotto every Monday if the demand is there. I have held classes here in the past and it went terrific. I sold out every time. We can fit up to 10 people in the grotto for each session. The classes will cost $20 per person. If you have a class card you can use the classes for taking it and just cover the difference.
We will have 5-10minute pranayama to get the full benefits of being in the grotto, 35 minute gentle flow, followed by a 10-15 minute meditation.
Pharmaceutical-grade salt is ground into microscopic particles and released them into the air of the Grotto. Once inhaled, these salt particles are claimed to absorb irritants, including allergens and toxins from the respiratory system. This process breaks up mucus and reduces inflammation, resulting in clear airways.
