Low & Slow Flow Salt Grotto w Kari

Please arrive with a yoga mat and give yourself a few extra minutes to find this hidden gem.    The classes will cost $20 per person.  If you have a class card you can use the classes for taking it and just cover the difference.

We will have 5-10minute pranayama to get the full benefits of being in the grotto, 35 minute gentle flow, followed by a 10-15 minute meditation.

Pharmaceutical-grade salt is grinded into microscopic particles and released them into the air of the  Grotto. Once inhaled, these salt particles are claimed to absorb irritants, including allergens and toxins from the respiratory system. This process breaks up mucus and reduces inflammation, resulting in clear airways.

Our Salt Grotto was built with salt from thirteen places around the world. The base is Himalayan salt and salt from Poland. Other  and well-being of our clients. Our goal is to provide services and products that promote a healthy lifestyle.salts come from Jordan (Dead Sea), Morocco, France, Peru, India, Cyprus, Portugal, Hawaii, Japan, England, and a sweet Jurassic salt from Utah. Our salts are also used in ion lamps during the salt therapy session.
